Semester Resolutions

It’s been a crazy semester for all of us. In an attempt to refocus, some Mentality writers share what they’re doing this semester to stay on track and take care of themselves.


Maintaining a good sleep schedule is super important to my mental health, so I'm really trying to keep that up!

I am making sure that I have time for myself every day and I am managing my time as effectively as I can.

To take care of my mental health, I have decided to go on a walk every day. I usually walk to Mary Beth Doyle park in Ann Arbor and I have recently been bringing bread to feed the ducks which is both cute and peaceful!

I’ve been doing my best to work out every day, especially since I’m not walking all around campus these days. It makes me feel productive and also makes my anxiety a little more manageable.
