Anna Learis is a senior studying Industrial and Operations Engineering with a Public Health concentration from Brooklyn, New York. Her favorite part about Mentality isn’t the writing/editing process, but the community of writers and members who are all so dedicated to creating an open discussion about mental health and illness. Outside of Mentality, Anna is heavily involved in Wolverine Support Network, the Center for Healthcare Engineering and Patient Safety, and the College of Engineering's Diversity, Equity and Inclusion board.
Jenie Li
Business Manager
Jenie Li is a senior studying Mathematics of Finance and Risk Management from Rochester Hills, MI. She enjoys listening to music and relaxing with friends. To her, Mentality Magazine is a much needed gateway to openly discussing mental health.

Mary Kate Kemp
Events Coordinator
Mary Kate Kemp is a senior studying Communications from the Chicagoland area. She believes having an open-mind is important not only for the benefit of others, but for one's own well-being. She has an undeniable love for animals, novels, sandwiches, films, lilacs, and hot chocolate. She believes that ending the stigma surrounding mental health is an essential movement.

Sydney Kim is a sophomore studying English and Communications from the Bay Area. She loves her dogs, petting every other dog she sees, snow, and baking absurd amounts of cookies. She appreciates the honesty and sense of community that helps drive Mentality’s mission to open the conversation surrounding mental health.

Alyssa Abbate is a senior studying Communications from Livonia, Michigan. What she especially loves about Mentality is that it creates a space for students to share their personal stories about mental health because this expression is beneficial for both the writers and readers in understanding their own mental health and the perspectives of others. Other than Mentality, Alyssa loves listening to music nearly constantly and fashion.

Amelia Cacchione is a senior studying Information Science from Charlotte, North Carolina. She loves photography, and often finds herself running around campus on assignments for The Michigan Daily. When walking around campus, you’ll most likely find Amelia listening to a podcast.
