Mid-Week Music #62- Workout Pump Up

When I’m having a bad mental health day, sometimes the best but hardest thing for me to do is get to the gym; however, when I complete a workout I always feel so much better. This is the playlist I use to pump myself up and feel strong when I’m running or lifting weights. Working out isn’t for everyone, but it doesn’t hurt to give it a shot and feel those endorphins, even if it’s just walking on a treadmill for ten minutes. The feeling of accomplishment from even just tying my sneakers makes me feel like I can conquer the day ahead.
